Just like breathing, our day has a natural pulse. We 'inhale' during quiet moments of stories and art, then 'exhale' with high-energy play and exploration.
This intentional cycle allows children to move through their day with ease and harmony.

Wednesday - field trip
MONDAY
Painting day
Introduce colors, tools, appropriate grip. We are painting with reverence to the process
TUESDAY
Soup day
We call it "Stone soup". Each child makes a contribution for that delicious soup by bringing a favorite vegetable from home.
WEDNESDAY
Nature walk
Each Wednesday we take our backpacks with tasty lunches and go to explore nature in the forest, farms, and gardens.
Thursday
Making day Baking day
We make a bread together. Bake it and eat it with friends.
Friday
Making day
We boost our creativity with natural gifts we brought from our field trips. We make seasonal crafts or continue with longer-term craft projects.
